This sure sounds like a town hall dressed up as a “vigil” in order to discourage protesters from challenging Sanchez — note the conspicuous restrictions placed on the crowd at around 1:10 in the interests of “reverence” — but to believe that, you’d have to believe that Democrats would select venues specifically designed to avoid facing angry dissent from their constituents.
