Tapper seems like a jocular sort per his Twitter posts; how’s he supposed to keep a straight face when Obama once again calls this travesty a cost-saving measure or insists we’ll be able to keep our current insurance even though private insurers will eventually be run out of the marketplace?

Judging from the audience reaction, I’m guessing these crowds were disproportionately Republican. Or were they?
