Are you ready for Huck PAC?

The doomsday clock has vanished, at last replaced (as expected) by a new political action group conspicuous at first glance only for the surprising order in which its core issues are listed:

Huck PAC will support Republican candidates who are passionate advocates for tax reform, a strong national defense, real border security, life, the family, less government and individual liberty.

There’s only one substantive post on their blog thus far and it has nothing to do with “values” either. Today’s date notwithstanding, are taxes really the issue that’s going to ride the GOP to victory this fall or in 2012?
