Grim for the Democrats, of course, not for us. The target is Robin Weirauch, who’s unexpectedly making a race of it in the special election for the open congressional seat in Ohio. There’s an old joke about sex in advertising that says eventually the product will become so secondary to the sex that ads will feature a photo of a naked woman and the company slogan, and that’s it. If we’re lucky enough to get the Glacier at the top of the ticket next year, the NRCC’s attacks on congressional Democratic candidates will consist of nothing more than this image with the appropriately sinister music voiceover and music.
