Funny for you and me, less than funny for him once this starts making the rounds. It’s James Oddo, who’s not only one of ours but who happens to be the minority leader of the City Council. The Norwegians are from a show called Rikets Røst, which looks like a combination of The Daily Show and the Aussie show The Chaser.
