And I love how all the TV guys were drooling over how great the VP debate will be. First, about 5 people actually watch the VP debate. Second, after John McCain puts Barack Obama through the Cuisinart twice it won’t matter if Joe Biden scores a TKO in his debate.
I will say that this makes it a lot harder now for McCain to win Pennsylvania. That’s about the only thing Biden brings to the ticket, and I have to wonder if Obama’s people were seeing some really bad polling trends here in PA that pushed them to Biden.

I was watching Katty Kay (BBC) and Eamon Javers (Politico) carrying on about how “masterful” Obama’s media campaign is by commanding all this extensive TV coverage on his VP choice and getting people to sign up for the text message notification so that they can distribute spam/propaganda and recruit more campaign volunteers suckers.
BTW Jerome Corsi (author of the NYT bestseller Obama Nation) only got four minutes to plug his book and defend himself on BBC’s Newsnight, a one hour program.

I think it should be a minority ex or sitting governor. I’m not sure if the experience level counts as much as not being “just another old white guy”. If it’s a woman it really puts a dent into the perception that the republicans are the party of white men. As an added bonus liberals would go wild.
