Maybe introducing and closing each episode, adding a voiceover while the camera pans over flora and fauna, but otherwise off-screen. Not so. When they say “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” they mean Sarah Palin’s Alaska.

It’d be fun to watch the first episode with a bunch of moronic lefty bloggers and watch them snicker because, hey, everyone knows that there aren’t any bears in Alaska. Exit question: Am I crazy to sense a bit of a political message here in what she says about mama bears protecting their cubs?
