I might be inclined to conclude that there's some sort of hypocrisy in play, but this may be different -- and not just (D)ifferent. It seems very curious that the Biden DoJ has decided to bring an indictment against a House Dem that has been outspokenly critical of the Biden border crisis, and so soon after a progressive challenger narrowly lost the primary against him. Maybe some other House Dems find this suspiciously coincidental, too.
