This Is a Vicious Hit Job by Jealous Haters, Drunks and/or Communists

Texas's favorite beaver mascot found himself at the bottom of the food chain, that is of gas station chain rankings. As a shock to many residents, Buc-ee's placed last in a ranking of the nation's best convenience stores for roadside stops and eats.

Last week, USA Today released its ranking of the 10 best gas station brands and the 10 best gas stations for food. Buc-ee's scrapped by at the bottom of the list in each category. 

Although Buc-ee's was nominated for its "immaculate restrooms and massive snack selection," it trailed behind bigger brands such as QuikTrip. USA Today readers named Kwik Trip the best gas station in the U.S. 

Many Lone Star State travelers can say that Buc-ee's food selection is nothing short of immaculate, with its smoked brisket and fresh jerky to pair. However, out-of-state voters had them as their last choice, also behind QuikTrip. The best gas station for satisfying any craving was voted to be Mayrland-based Royal Farms, which is known for its beloved fried chicken.
