A Federal judge in Miami on Friday sentenced Victor Manuel Rocha to only 15 years in prison after he pled guilty to spying for the Castro dictatorship for 40 years. That’s less than 5 months in prison for every one of the 40 years Rocha betrayed his country and provided intelligence and aid to a communist regime and sworn an enemy of the United States.
