The government will make a new list of products that may not be imported into Gaza, which will include only weapons, materials used to make weapons, and “problematic materials” that can be used for both civilian means and weaponry.

Anything that is not on the list will be allowed into Gaza. Some of these “problematic materials” will be allowed into the Gaza Strip for official Palestinian Authority construction projects, such as schools, health institutions, etc, as well as some housing projects. These projects will have international supervision.
