However, while a headline at Breitbart says the FBI &amp;#8220;dumps [SPLC] as hate crimes resource,&amp;#8221; and an article at The Daily Caller said the FBI was &amp;#8220;breaking ties&amp;#8221; with the SPLC, a public statement from the FBI and the agency&amp;#8217;s own website indicate the removal may mean just that &amp;#8212; removal from the site, not a diminishing of the relationship between the two organizations.
