"Coffee Party" movement</title><description>&lt;![CDATA[I&amp;#8217;ve read the WaPo profile, looked at their website, watched the two videos below, and I still don&amp;#8217;t quite get it.  They&amp;#8217;re claiming, essentially, to be nonpartisan and less interested in pushing particular policies than in &amp;#8220;dialogue&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;cooperation&amp;#8221; for their own sake.  Which, given the realities in the Senate, is a very thinly veiled way of calling for fewer filibusters and more Democratic &amp;#8212; sorry, I mean bipartisan &amp;#8212; legislation.
