The resolution forbids the transfer of nuclear and ballistic-missile components to NK as well as major conventional weapons like tanks, warships, etc. It also allows for cargo inspections into and out of the country. It expressly rules out military force, though, and allows sales of light-arms conventional weaponry to continue.

So I guess the problem’s solved. Bring on Iran!
