Audio: Bolton gets testy with studiously nonpartisan, impartial BBC interviewer

The highlight is when the guy asks him if America’s role as world leader is a “busted flush” in light of Iraq. Bolton’s response: “The people who expressed the point of view that you just expressed, I think, were largely anti-American beforehand anyway.” To which this simpering tool replies, with all apparent sincerity, “People like George Soros?”

Your time cues: 2:00 for the harm done when the State Department undermines the administration; 5:10 for the first clash, beginning with the question “How many more people must die in Iraq before you have any second thoughts about this?”, and 7:10 for when things start to get personal. Gold.

Update: This is officially newsworthy.
