Biden: We’re gonna keep pushing for that gun ban that can’t get 40 votes, or something
“We are still pushing that it pass,” Biden told NPR in an interview, according to its website.
“I believe that the vast majority of the American people agree with us, the vast majority of gun owners agree with us, that military-style assault weapons are — these are weapons of war. They don’t belong in the street,” he said.

What exactly is a “vast” majority? Is it kind of like the majority of the majority or more like a really big majority which may in fact be larger than the majority.

So that’s why NRA memberships are through the roof and guns and ammo are flying off the shelves (if they actually make it to those shelves in the first place).

They will keep talking like this as long as the media hides the fact that Harry Reid and other Democrats are also blocking it.
All they want it to be able to blame Republicans the next time there is a high profile shooting. And by “high profile” I mean people getting shot other than hundreds of inner city black men who the State Media doesn’t report on or care about.

Heh, Slow Joe still hasn’t read the Heller decision, has he? Too busy giving shotgun advice, maybe?

Stupidest, most worthless VP in modern history.

for the gun grabbers, its just a couple of their faithfull followers (aka drones) that will nod in the affirmative when the push poller says “do you agree with……(fill in the blank”.
In actuality Mr. Vice Presnit, the overwhelming majority of gun owners believe you should shove it up your azz and hard.

Well of course! Have to keep the country distracted by talking about a ban that will never happen in the Senate, so you don’t notice them working in the various states and leaning on the people who invest in firearms companies or make loans to them.
When Obama found out he was powerless to fix everything with a few executive orders, he went underground. Narcissists don’t like to be told no.

You would think. And yet, Obama picked Shotgun Joe as VP for his long experience and “expertise” on foreign policy. And they haven’t exactly been hiding him since. Every new bad idea that comes along, they put Shotgun Joe in charge. From which I can only conclude that they think he’s brilliant!
I know, hard to believe.
Maybe it was actually his long experience in bad ideas that they wanted?

They blame us for all of their mistakes. Bush tried to reign in Fannie & Freddy, and they successfully blamed him for the mortgage meltdown. They blamed us for holding up Obamacare when they held a supermajority. That is the way they do business. The media couldn’t care less about calling out their lies.

Translation: We’ll load the bill with so much pork that every squish and RINO in the Senate will eventually vote to pass it.

My constitutional rights are not subject to a vote. They are mine and will continue to exist no matter what a mob says. And my rights certainly don’t depend on the judgement of Joe “Elmer Fudd” Biden.

Bingo. End of discussion.

“I believe that the vast majority of the American people – the vast majority – agree with us.
“Why, it must be 30% of them. That is, literally, a vast majority…”

Finally I agree with something he said. I keep mine in my house.

My dream is that the stench of the effort to keep this pig of a bill alive will cling to the Dems for the 2014 election.
