Trouble in the nanny state
The only thing single mothers are “victims” of is their own choice to have sex with men they’re not married to. Liberals seem to believe that drinking soda is voluntary, but getting pregnant is more like catching the flu.
It would be hard to make the case that fast food, plastic bags and cigarettes do more damage than single motherhood.
– Controlling for socioeconomic status, race and place of residence, the strongest predictor of whether a person will end up in prison is that he was raised by a single mother.
– At least 70 percent of juvenile murderers, pregnant teenagers, high school dropouts, teen suicides, runaways and juvenile delinquents were raised by single mothers.
– A study back in 1990 by the Progressive Policy Institute showed that, absent single motherhood, there would be no difference in black and white crime rates.
So liberals don’t try to make that case. They just say they’re against “shaming” and then go back to shaming gun owners, non-recyclers, smokers and “Big Gulp” aficionados — while subsidizing illegitimacy.

There’s a drive; deep right center field. IT’S GONE!

Not sure I’d go that far out on a limb. Those being raised in an urban culture of entitlement, the owed something / been disenfranchised rants of Je$$e Jack$on, Al $harpton and Calypso Louie Farrakhan have polluted the outlook of ignorant blacks the way Karl Marx polluted the outlook of ignorant whites.

Words.
Ann Coulter is the mistress of the GOP Establishment Ayatollahs. Like them – she’ll use red meat rhetoric to fire up the base until the next election – when she’ll tell them that INDEPENDENTS are the key to victory.
Let us not forget – Ann Coulter endorsed the only other man in this nation beside Obama to have a Socialist Healthcare system named after him – WILLARD.
Her fave candidate? Why it’s Mr. Big Government Gun Grabber Chris Christy.
So I’m sorry – words Ann … these are just words.
Go sleep with Karl Rove – he’s almost as fat as your fatboi Christy so just close your eyes and pretend it’s him.

Because they are too chickenshit to actually attempt to even discuss the problem, let alone solve it. Instead libs fuk with those who play by the rules and pay the freight.

I can’t read this at all without thinking of how Ann Coulter helped to redefine “conservative” and conservatism with her defense of Romneycare leading up to the 2012 elections. Sorry Ann. You’re dead to me now.

I wonder if the Christie thing is going to hurt her career. Do any of these commentators lose their audience? I mean, I read WAY more Noonan now than when she didn’t write constant drivel (she wasn’t always like this, right?)
But Coulter seems a bit different, since she’s such a “right-wing nutcase” to the masses, yet she really lost it with the Christie stuff.

The Christie love, I could have lived with. A difference of opinion, ya know. It was her defense of Romneycare that sent me over the edge into Coulter disdain.
gryphon202 on March 16, 2013 at 12:49 AM
Never forget that Ann pushed Romneycare down our throats:
Romneycare Becomes Obamacare, Then Coultercare
She lost me FOREVER when she turned socialist on us.

Can anyone even imagine say the people of a Cheyenne, Wyoming putting up with a sick little Napoleon freak trying to control even the most mundane aspects of their lives? What is it with the people of NYC? Have they no self respect whatsoever?

Speaking of Wyoming, A&E ran a neat series last year (Longmire), which was set in Wyoming. I liked it, and I think it’s been renewed for a second season. At any rate, I can’t see Sheriff Longmire–or anyone else depicted on the show for that matter–putting up with a clown like Bloomberg.

I loved that show. It’s based on a series of books, though the plots are different. The Sheriff is a bit different, too. I’m looking forward to a second season.

Coulter can go pound sand. She’s worse than Peggy Noonan. And to think I used to like her and looked forward to her columns. But she finally showed herself to be another RINO.

Dude! That’s over the line.

Never purchase another Coulter book. Never.
