Potentially killing Americans without due process is only really a problem when Republicans do it, so why are we worried when in the last few years Pres Obama has killed enough people to fill Pascagoula, MS?
It’s not like this would ever expand, or there might be a slippery slope argument to be made.

I think you need to do the DUE PROCESS of law to deprive an American Citizen of their life BEFORE the drone strike that assassinates for this to be within the confines of the Constitution. I think in order to remain true to the principle of freedom, it must have checks and balances that matter, not just for appearances. The findings must be public knowledge and able to be challenged prior to the execution and the results of the execution must be made public within a short period of time, to include secondary casualties. Again, only for American citizen targets. I do not care about other countries' citizens!
