I’m actually surprised that you are a fan of Ted Cruz. He might have an Ivy League education, but he does come off as Sarah Palin in tone.

I’m surprised this is news. Ryan has been making noises on immigration reform since December; he publicly supported the plan the day after Rubio announced this. it seems that he is deliberately trying to model the rest of his Congressional career off of Jack Kemp. Too much is riding on this for both Rubio and Ryan politically in the future to appear shrill on this issue.

That must make Palin a progressive as well, since she is also for forms of amnesty.

There is a difference between them. When Palin has a bad position, it is an ANOMOLY for her. Her ACCOMPLISHEMENTS in office have a different tale to tell. ALL OF RYANS accomplishments are of the same kind, progressive.

We need a strong, articulate, forceful, persuasive representative who will take the lead on border security and opposing amnesty. Who will emerge to fill this role?

Gee, Ryan is progressive? Who would have thought! Who could have predicted this, say around the time he was picked by ROMNEY?
