Why play into the Democrat/MSM narrative of unreasonable Republican obstructionism?

I take hope at his comments about enforcing the laws we have on the books. House Republicans will have a perfect opportunity to expose the record of Obama and Holder’s DOJ when it comes to prosecuting criminals attempting to obtain guns.

When they have over 70,000 potential cases of felons or other prohibited persons attempting to buy guns and prosecute only 22, they aren’t enforcing the law.

If they were really interested in preventing gun crime and protecting people from violence, wouldn’t putting these people in jail be helpful?

Republicans have the opportunity to humiliate these scumbags. They need to be smart, avoid the Democrat/MSM narrative, and strike back.

Of course they will. They hate the Constitution as much as the Democrats. That’s become very clear. Republicans can expect no support from me in future. For the first time in my life I may sit the next election out if all we have are statists running.

I changed my registration after the November debacle. I will no longer vote as a Republican. I’ll vote for individuals who “get it” (such as Rand Paul) but there is NO WAY I’ll vote for McConnell.
Given that we are so far gone with no way to fix this mess anyway given the public’s refusal to cut one iota of government spending, quicker bankruptcy is in the national interest. I think I may actually start voting Democrat just to hasten that along.
I think I’m going to vote for Ashley Judd, as a vote for “Let It Burn!”

I did that in 1992 in disgust with the GOP then. I was in CA at the time. That meant I voted for Perot, Feinstein and Boxer since both Senate seats were up that year. I learned my lesson on protest votes.

They’ve screwed you all over and over again, and like battered wives you keep going back.

Now the question is to you Republicans, how many seats do you want to lose? When you lose the House, you will have exactly zero levers of power in DC.

Sadly, something dawned on me today. Most repubs don’t care if they hold the majority or not—-as long as they still get to be a representative/senator.

The repubs continue to ignore the Constitution and act like royals. Whatever they want to do, the people must accept the mandates of the lords. Time for the end of the GOP.

Those in Washington, DC are literally fiddling while Rome burns.

Their time is coming short. By flying into utter PANIC! over cutting out a mere $40 billion in INCREASES in the face of a $1.2 TRILLION annual deficit they are proving to the world that our debt WILL NEVER BE PAID and that there should be ZERO faith and trust in the US Dollar and in our Treasuries. What will come of that is, of course, obvious: TOTAL economic ruin on the scale of the Weimar Republic times a CONTINENT sized country with 300 million people.
