Our budget in the 90s was around $1.3 trillion. The government currently spends about $3.4 trillion per year. Is this A$$-clown actually claiming that we get 3X the government we had during the Clinton/ Repub congress era? How about this, let us go back to what we had in the 90s.

What a load of BS. This is all geared as a massive W<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Monument_Syndrome" rel="nofollow">ashington Monument Syndrome</a> case study.

Cooper acknowledges that government does "piss away lots of money". Yet that's not where the cuts will take place - those programs etc. will be funded but visible stuff that makes good politics will be cut.

Let them play their game and the low information voters lap it up. If/when Boehner caves it will just have us double down and circle the drain that much faster.
