Obama’s immigration plan would be dead on arrival in the Senate
“It’s a mistake for the White House to draft immigration legislation without seeking input from Republican members of Congress. President Obama’s leaked immigration proposal is disappointing to those of us working on a serious solution. The President’s bill repeats the failures of past legislation. It fails to follow through on previously broken promises to secure our borders, creates a special pathway that puts those who broke our immigration laws at an advantage over those who chose to do things the right way and come here legally, and does nothing to address guest workers or future flow, which serious immigration experts agree is critical to preventing future influxes of illegal immigrants.
“Much like the President’s self-described ‘stop gap’ Deferred Action measure last year, this legislation is half-baked and seriously flawed. It would actually make our immigration problems worse, and would further undermine the American people’s confidence in Washington’s ability to enforce our immigration laws and reform our broken immigration system.
“If actually proposed, the President’s bill would be dead on arrival in Congress, leaving us with unsecured borders and a broken legal immigration system for years to come.”

I don’t think Obama understands the true definition of fair.

Marco, STFU. You and the Indonesian Imbecile are of one mind on illegals – an anti-American mind.
Get lost, dirtball.
ThePrimordialOrderedPair on February 17, 2013 at 11:05 AM
Fair has always meant that those who cheat are given preferential treatment, thus doubly rewarded for not following the rules set forth that others were too stupid to follow. Where did you get edumacated?

Nice job Marco!..

What the hell is Rubio talking about?
Rubio’s amnesty plan is virtually identical to obama’s amnesty plan.

Happy to see Marco come out fast and furious .

I am still waiting for him to give us all a “free pass” card that we can use if we ever have any legal trouble. Seems only fair.
CW on February 17, 2013 at 11:34 AM
With our nation facing possible economic collapse over massive government entitlements and intrusive regulations on the private sector, why would Rubio make immigration reform his signature issue?
That tells me all I need to know about Rubio.

Enjoy the fact that Barry is so petty that he isn’t willing to give Rubio his win.

It doesn’t make any difference. This was always a trap laid by Obama and, once again, the Republican mice are eating the bait as it sits on that trap, the death arm jiggling to come down on their necks.
This is all about being able to demonize Reps — see they won’t agree to MY plan, says Obama, so they are obstructionist hispanic haters. You can’t possibly vote them in again in 2014 and Hillary is waiting in the wings . . . Let’s move forward . . .

Nice to see you..

That can be said about pretty much everyone serving in DC.
It’s much easier dulling a shinny object than it is thinning a 16 trillion pound elephant.

After I finished I realized even Bambi’s perjoratives sound like “O” (obstructionist hispanic hater = OHH)

This was aimed at Republicans so they will say:
“Oh this plan is worse than Rubio’s so we better vote for that one otherwise we will get stuck with Obama’s plan.”
Both plans would be a disaster for the country. Don’t be fooled by this charade. Obama and Rubio both want amnesty.

Lies by liars is not fair.
Lies by liars is not by-party.
Pres. Lie Obama knows that the Goebbles Stream Meidaa and or aka the Goebbles News Netword will cover for his lies and fraud.
So he has nothing to lose as he knows he is a liar, they know he is a liar and we know he is a liar.
Still yet the Democrat paid for on the dole mindless helpless voter base will not question his lies, so why not he thinks.
All this griffer wants is to keep U.S. off the subject of the fact he is a wild ass commie nut job tax, spend, pay for votes con man.
Any chaf to throw up in the air he will use and the GNN (Goebbles News Netword) will back spin the lies for him.
With out borders and border securtiy you do not have a country of laws and that is his goal.
“Fundemental Change”

his butt buddy William Ayers wrote a book on the how to,
B. Obama if nothing follows evil foot steps any chance he has

Rubio needs to pass up a chance or two of preening in front of his mirror.
Not so pretty if you look to long and close.
APACHEWHOKNOWS on February 17, 2013 at 12:19 PM
Rubio is a decent guy but I strongly opposed his immigration push, nothing good will come out of this. GOP will oppose what Obama proposes, MSM will paint them as Racist and then we are back to where we started. This time even more unpopular amongst Latinos.
David Plouffe said recently that during the data mining in 2012, young Latinos were more concerned about the economy and Health care than immigration reform. Why can’t the GOP come up with a strong economic plan and present an alternative to Obamacare?
celticdefender on February 17, 2013 at 12:40 PM
Not enough “earnesty”, Marco?
VorDaj on February 17, 2013 at 1:42 PM
Hopefully, yours will be too.
BS. You don’t need new legislation from either side to secure the border and “fix” immigration. It can be done right now with the legislation that is already on the books.
