I would think that when people are harassing your customers and threatening your employees, the use of tasers and pepper mace would be appropriate and legal.

As I read the article, it seems that the exemption doesn’t say you have to be a union member to be exempted. As I read it,if you come out with a scary black gun and threaten to shoot, you’re covered by the blanket exemption.

I’m thinking somebody needs to challenge those exemptions in Federal Court under the equal protection clause. Seems like a slam dunk to me.

My fab shop is on my private property and completely non-union.

Any time the local union thugs want to picket me they can just come on in, I’d be happy to have a…uh…discussion.
