ICE agent admits law limiting welfare for immigrants not enforced
“It is certainly part of what we are supposed to be doing. It is definitely a federal statute within the [Immigration and Nationality Act]. However, I will say this: that in my career, I have never seen or heard of the charge being applied in any case to anyone,” he said, according to The Daily Caller.
Mr. Crane also said morale at the agency is “at an all-time low, as criminals are released in the streets,” he said, during congressional testimony reported on Fox News.

I’ve heard illegals bragging about their bennies my whole life.
It is exactly why many of them come here.
Not all of them. But many of them.
It cannot be denied.
This is just another reason why welfare needs to be abolished at the Federal level.
This chicken in ever pot bull$hit has ruined the finances of this country.
Those socialist/commie ba$tard POTUSs that engaged in this crap have fully ruined this country.
I hope they’re burning in their own special he!! right about now.
And I hope Jefferson, Washington, etc get to come down & flail the $hit out of them on occasion.

Yeah, it definitely happens. Especially with things like free cell phones and EBT cards. At least in my state, the requirements seem less strict than on medicaid.
But the easier path on to welfare is through your children. The illegals come here illegally, have kids (who are US citizens), then get the full range of benefits through their kids.
And no one enforces the rules — if anything, the workers in the dss ENCOURAGE people to break the rules.

Yup. A cop I know who has encountered numerous illegal aliens in traffic stops said they most commonly present their passport and EBT welfare card.

Uh, so…. is there an instance of a criminal human being? And, uh, that illegal entry into our country is criminal and makes the perpetrator criminal because of illegal entry… so, who said that the perpetrator was illegal in this instance?
