Gutierrez invites an illegal immigrant as his SOTU guest
Gutierrez announced Monday that he’s invited Gabino Sanchez, a South Carolina man who is fighting deportation from the United States, to attend the speech. Gutierrez has been working on behalf of Sanchez to help him secure legal residency in the United States, accompanying him to three Immigration and Customs Enforcement appointments.
Sanchez, who has two U.S. citizen children, has been living and working in the United States since coming here when he was 15. Last May, he secured a one-year deferral of his deportation which allows him to work legally. Sanchez has received misdemeanor charges for driving without license but otherwise has a clean record and, in a statement, Gutierrez indicated he sees Sanchez’s case as a test case for Obama’s stated policy to prioritize those who have committed serious crimes for deportation.

Disgusting, but hopefully this will elicit some backlash.

Not the first time Democrats have used people as props.

Expect Ø to declare Sanchez persona grata for his contributions to immigration policy in the US and for his outreach to Latinos on behalf of President Mutt-on. He will do it during a “shout out” at the beginning of the SOTU lie.

Big deal. Moochie’s coming with an illegal immigrant too.

Huh, I wish the rest of us non-undocumented self imported migrated pedestrians… garnered as much sympathy when breaking the law.

A TX congress critter us bringing Ted Nugent. That ought to spin up Barry.
Dingbat63 on February 12, 2013 at 7:57 AM
Slap the cuffs on him on the way out and frogmarch him to the first flight out of the country heading to his real home.
BuckeyeSam on February 12, 2013 at 7:59 AM
Why don’t some GOP members of Congress invite some survivors of families who have been victims of crimes committed by illegal immigrants?
BuckeyeSam on February 12, 2013 at 8:02 AM
I’d call that blantant flaunting of the Constitution and treason.

Arrest them all on sight. And their enablers .

Because none of them have big brass ones. Most have none and quake in fear that the democrats and liberals won’t like them.

Sorry, a pet peeve. But now I can agree with you.

I think treason is a stretch but it is blatantly and publicly aiding a felon. I also question bringing a known criminal to a state event. I would think that at the very least it should be viewed as a security risk.

I wanted to say:
I also question bringing a known non-citizen and criminal to a state event.
Sorry, boss was talking while I was typing.

Disgusting. Maybe the families of the four little kids who were killed when an illegal immigrant crashed into their school bus in rural Minnesota should be invited, too.

He has a visa. “Last May, he secured a one-year deferral of his deportation which allows him to work legally.” The headline is misleading and you are all apparently illiterate.
At any rate, frog-marching them to prison or charging Gutierrez with treason is apparently just a vindictive fantasy for bitter people, not a viable option.

He would also not have had insurance which means he would have put the future of law abiding Americans in jeopardy every time he drove. He’s despicable, as is this WaPo loon who describes him as a South Carolina man. He’s an illegal alien Mexican.

The Dems are a class act.
Menendez is bringing a troupe of 12 year old Dominican hookers.

Wish a R would invite Dr Carson and seat him right in Barry’s line of sight.
Dingbat63 on February 12, 2013 at 8:57 AM
So are the Republicans:
“Ted Nugent is attending Tuesday’s State of the Union address as the guest of Rep. Steve Stockman…the Secret Service had a little sit-down with Nugent last year after he told an NRA convention that he’d be “dead or in jail” if the president was re-elected.”
Vitter wants to sit next to them.

He’s fighting deportation! Gee, I wonder why he’s to be deported. Did he do something illegally?
Vince on February 12, 2013 at 10:25 AM
Gee, I wish I could attend the SOTU with the illegal that t-boned my car three years ago. I could introduce you to the gal that left me with a bunch of medical bills, higher auto insurance and a persistent pain in my upper back – but alas, she can’t be found. The information she gave to the police, was false – and of course she wasn’t carrying any insurance.
Life here in Arizona is gooood.
