Nothing in the Constitution bars the government from killing an enemy combatant waging war against the US even if they are American citizens and never has. The only place you will find such a right is next to the ‘good and plenty clause‘.

So you feel that Obama unilaterally declaring that someone is a threat to the United States and ordering a drone strike on that person constitutes “due process of law”? I think we have different definitions…

James Madison ordered American warships to fire on British ships with shanghai’d American citizens aboard them. George Washington sent troops to suppress the Whiskey rebellion as well.
