Rubio on football: You can’t take the risk out of sports
Rubio noted that the game has changed since he played in high school, as coaches now discourage players from leading tackles with their head. He added that the modern NFL had changed in terms of violence and had become more of a game centered on offense.
“You literally can’t touch a guy, you can’t get near a quarterback which means that pass rush is slowing up,” he said, but added that the organization was making up for it with more exciting plays.

I encourage Rubio to tackle a wall leading with his head.

Just curious if this has become a 24/7 all Rubio all the time site. How about posting some articles about congressmen and senators who are against amnesty and legalizing an entire uneducated, poverty ridden Democratic voting block?
TxAnn56 on February 6, 2013 at 7:54 PM
If it bleeds, it leads and as the post above you shows, people are out for his blood.
thebrokenrattle on February 6, 2013 at 7:57 PM
Hey look we have our very own Obama now who can comment on all issues of the day not just politics. Next up: Rubio on Trayvon Martin followed by Rubio on whether Cambridge police acted stupidly.

Rubiobama strikes again!

What’s the expiration date, Marco?
Dusty on February 6, 2013 at 8:20 PM
Let me tell you guys how this works: the media picks out who they project will be the next GOP nominee, stick a mic in his face and ask him every question under the sun (and hope he’ll say something stupid). If someone asks you what you think about violent hits in football, you will give your opinion, just as Rubio does. The difference is no one knows you and don’t really care about writing headlines with your opinion.
You can hate on Hot Gas for linking the stories, but in case you’re new here, about half the stories linked here are by idiot crackpot leftists because they irritate you and drive traffic. Duh.

Is that what Jeb told him to say?
sartana on February 6, 2013 at 8:42 PM
That’s not what that expression means. What you are trying to describe is the “shock-jock strategy” – better known as “trolling your readers” on the internet.
ThePrimordialOrderedPair on February 6, 2013 at 8:50 PM
When did Rubio become the villain of the comments?
thebrokenrattle on February 6, 2013 at 8:51 PM
No one cares.
This guy is a GOP stooge
james23 on February 6, 2013 at 8:51 PM
I don’t know about you but I can’t wait for Rubio’s March Madness picks. And what did he really think about Beyonce lip synching?
TxAnn56 on February 6, 2013 at 8:56 PM
Ed and Allah and Erica are trolling us? Are we foolish enough to fall for their wicked plans?
thebrokenrattle on February 6, 2013 at 8:57 PM
When he began trying to subvert American sovereignty. And quite some time before this when he proved himself to be the “Puta Red” lipstick on the Jeb Bush pig.
sartana on February 6, 2013 at 9:03 PM
That is exactly what you were trying to explain. You misused the expression, “when it bleeds, it leads”. I was correcting you, but make no mistake about it, you were the one who said they were trolling us.
Maybe if I explained it to you in Spanish …

Sometime after Mark Levin and Rush floated trial balloons and were excoriated for it. It’s now fashionable to tear down a guy who is inarguably more conservative than the entire 2012 field (save maybe Bachmann) and saved us from Senator Crist, who BTW, had a speaking slot at the DNC.
You have 2 choices with illegal immigration: legalization or deportation. With deportation, your options are either forcible removal or self-deportation. Romney argued for the less-intrusive kind and pulled in the lowest number of latinos for the last 4 GOP presidential cycles (and maybe more). Rubio is at least trying to bind legalization to border control benchmarks, and “conservatives” rake him over the coals for it. Meanwhile, Rand Paul has mostly sided with Rubio, but he’s somehow still the conservative darling because he’s not spearheading the effort.
crrr6 on February 6, 2013 at 9:23 PM
Incorrect. Not only are there many different facets to each of those but there is the other option of just keeping the laws we have and waiting until we get an administration and Congress that respect the Rule of Law, the notion of the nation-state and the sanctity of American sovereignty.
It is better to do nothing than to do the most horribly wrong thing and bring more irreparable damage to a nation that has already been taking unfixable body blows for 4 years, now.
Frankly, the best solution is a national divorce and to let the leftist slugs and Vichy Right worms who will be left in the American Socialist Superstate grant citizenship to the entire world, if they like. But none of them had better even think of breaking into the Constitutional Union of American States. We won’t be messing around.

Where you are planning this neosecession CUAS? Will you have diplomatic relations with the USA?

I’m waiting for Rubio to tell us if he’d let his an play football…
ellifint on February 6, 2013 at 9:58 PM
That’s the A.S.S – the American Socialist Superstate. Can’t you read? The USA was killed a few years ago.
ThePrimordialOrderedPair on February 6, 2013 at 10:03 PM
What’s Rubio’s opinion on the new Monopoly piece, I wonder?
ddrintn on February 6, 2013 at 10:06 PM
Is this guy brilliant or what?
ddrintn on February 6, 2013 at 10:10 PM
Conceptually, I like the idea of a divorce from the A.S.S., but I’m not sure his that would work. There are socialists pretty well distributed in cities all over the country, and I’m sure Obama would obliterate anyone who strayed from his collectivist plantation (he has no compunctions about vaporizing US citizens, in case you haven’t noticed).

CRR6-
These are the numbers for ICE deportations from 2007 to 2010:
FY 2010 = 392,862
FY 2009 = 389,834
FY 2008 = 369,221
FY 2007 = 291,060
From this website:
http://www.scpr.org/blogs/multiamerican/2011/07/23/7340/ice-deportations-by-the-numbers/
I believe these numbers represent actual removals carried out by ICE, which would be separate from the number of voluntary exits.
Word to the people: We’ve actually been doing !Mass Deportations! for a couple decades now.
sartana on February 6, 2013 at 10:22 PM
Who declared this, you? When exactly was the USA killed? Do its parents know? Was there a funeral?
thebrokenrattle on February 6, 2013 at 10:36 PM
Benedict Roberts wrote the retarded eulogy that was read on June 28, 2012.
ThePrimordialOrderedPair on February 6, 2013 at 11:13 PM
Obama, Rubio or Roberts? Who’s the biggest threat?
thebrokenrattle on February 6, 2013 at 11:18 PM
Idiots like you who enthusiastically support the dismantling of the nation-state.
During Passover we have a quick discussion about destructive people like you – the wicked child. It fits you perfectly.
