Hillary: I’m not inclined to run for president
Hillary Rodham Clinton said Tuesday that she is “not inclined” to run for president in 2016 but left the door open for what is widely considered her likely return to politics after she steps down as secretary of state.
“I’m not thinking about anything like that right now,” Clinton smilingly told a questioner. “I am looking forward to finishing up my tenure as secretary of state and then catching up on about 20 years of sleep deprivation.” …
“I do want to see more women compete for the highest positions in their countries,” Clinton said, “and I will do what I can, whether or not it is up to me to make a decision on my own future. I right now am not inclined to do that, but I will do everything I can to make sure that women compete at the highest levels not only in the United States but around the world.”

She knows she’s not getting the nomination, though not because of rank incompetence. I honestly can’t remember the last time the Rats nominated a long-time prominent Rat who wasn’t the sitting President, sitting Vice President or ex-VP.

What a coincidence. I’m not inclined to vote for her.

If she loves her party, she’ll let them down this year, before their mania and planning gets too far out of control.
HitNRun on January 30, 2013 at 8:20 AM
Maybe, but if the choice is between Bite Me and Hillary, that’s a no-brainer(so is Joe, but I digress). It may be irrelevant if Obama’s second term is a disaster, but right now as things currently stand ,I can’t imagine the party not forcing Bite Me out in favor of Hillary if she seeks the nomination.

Yeah she’s going to run…stop the dodging chicky
cmsinaz on January 30, 2013 at 8:24 AM
Stop. She is looking forward to the fawning and begging of the media for two years. Why else would she play the Maracas in Obama’s band for 4 years. Puleasee.
Bensonofben on January 30, 2013 at 8:31 AM
She’s lying. She’s always lying. She’ll run if she has to use a walker to do it.
And she is one unattractive candidate growing more so as time progresses. By the time the next election roles around she’s going to look like Medusa.

I knnewsss it.
tommy71 on January 30, 2013 at 8:33 AM
She is old and not healthy. If the repubs had any balls they would push it big time but they don’t and will faun all over her the same way they have BO.

Lying sack of goose turds, she’s been focused on the Big Chair since she was born in 1934.

This is the Politifact lie of the year.. Correct?
Illinidiva on January 30, 2013 at 8:42 AM
There’s a bad Bill joke in there somewhere but I just can’t seem to flush it out.
Fallon on January 30, 2013 at 8:42 AM
I’m not inclined to believe a word she says.
She will run and win. But she won’t finish her term (due to illness) so it will be interesting and scary to see who the party picks as her VP running mate.
Ditkaca on January 30, 2013 at 8:55 AM
Yup.
petefrt on January 30, 2013 at 9:18 AM
Biden would win the nomination against Hillary. Not kidding. Hillary is always far more popular in pre-season polls than she is in reality.
ddrintn on January 30, 2013 at 9:21 AM
Firstly, I’m not convinced she’ll even run. Secondly, if she runs and wins the nomination the only way she wins is if the GOP throws another feckless mannequin out there in 2016.
ddrintn on January 30, 2013 at 9:22 AM
Between “crazy uncle” Joe and “what does it matter” Hillary – Palin will easily win 2016.
ChuckTX on January 30, 2013 at 9:25 AM
Delusional Palinbot, by 2016 the Democrats will have an unbeatable majority of welfare recipients even if she did run. It’s too late.
MelonCollie on January 30, 2013 at 9:50 AM
Good. I’m not inclined to vote for you.
The Rogue Tomato on January 30, 2013 at 9:54 AM
She doesn’t need to run . The press will hand her the election . This is how it works now .
DeweyWins on January 30, 2013 at 9:56 AM
Reluctant heroine. The media will love that narrative.
ramesees on January 30, 2013 at 10:01 AM
I can’t imagine the Rats not going for Plugs. I can’t remember the last sitting/ex-VP who didn’t get their nomination if he sought it (see Walter Mondale for a prime example of the Rat version of Next-In-Line™).
Steve Eggleston on January 30, 2013 at 11:39 AM
What’s this “by 2016″? The Rats already have an unbeatable majority of moochers.
