He wants immigration reform but only with the minimum number of GOP votes to see it through (and preferably with lots of mutiny within our ranks) so that he can take total credit and continue to cast anti-immigrant aspersions upon us in future elections. The last thing he wants a Hispanic GOP presidential contender for 2016 having shepherded this into law.]]></description>
