Brock, whose struggles with mental health have seen him hospitalized in the past, became increasingly concerned by late 2010 that he was being targeted by right-wing assassins.
Now I know what happened to formerly conservative, decent David Brock, author of “The Real Anita Hill.”
Oh and I really like the part about the 17 round magazine carried in CA—a big no no unless you know and blow the right people.
Bunch of racists here thinking that saying one thing and doing the opposite is hypocritical. What you don’t understand is that the people that operate Media Matters are BETTER THAN everyone else. It only follows that they don’t have to live by the same laws as everyone else.
Jeez. Stop being such racists and understand Progressive logic!
Brock’s ego and making him feel like he is still relevant enough to get credible death threats is totally more important than allowing a woman to defend herself from a crazy ex.
This can be solved fairly readily. Whenever Brock is in a jurisdiction that would plainly make carrying a concealed weapon illegal, someone needs to pull a police officer and tell the officer it looks like the bodyguard is carrying a firearm.
It might be best to time it to where Brock & his bodyguard are within spitting distance of the police officer so that you can point to the guard and yell, “OMFG, I think that guy has a gun!” as you dive to the ground.
Media Matters has a three or four long weekend show on Sirius/XM on the left channel. Sometimes if I’m out running errands I listen to it but I can never make it through more than a few minutes because it’s usually nothing more than substantive than name calling and specious argument.
Anyway, this weekend the toolbox host named Bradley Herring let loose with a profanity laden tirade against anyone who isn’t anti-gun. He was just cursing up a storm complaining about the NRA, Ted Nugent, Ann Coulter, and anyone else he could think of. It’s amazing that anyone could have such a huge lack of self-awareness, and you kind of wonder why MMFA would let them go on like this considering Brock’s problems. Well, whatever I guess…
Blowback

Wonder if holder’s F&F guns can be traced to these guns?

My daughter has a friend who worked for Media Matters. Even he said Brock was Looney Tunes.

Just as Media Matters is exempt from taxes, they think they are exempt from laws.

But Brock has Juice, and you don’t, so it’s OK.

Umm.. Why does Brock need a bodyguard? He hasn’t been relevant since the 1990s.

They focus on Immigrants when we want them to focus on Illegal Immigrants.

Brock may fear his conscience will find him one day.
Hard to understand his fears. If a stalker pulls a gun on him, he can hide under his desk, or in a closet. This is what they teach kids
Or, he could point his finger at an attacker, and say ‘bang’. Although the finger is a cruel weapon, people would understand if he used it in a crisis
