Pet-owner PSA of the day
When dog owners toss their canine companions a bully stick to chew on, they might not be aware that the popular treat could be packed with calories and contaminated with bacteria, researchers say. And pet owners might not even know that the stick is made from an uncooked, dried bull penis.

Phew, glad I never gave any of my dogs one of those.

They sniff each other’s butts & lick their own genitals. I doubt they are afraid of bacteria or mouth-genital contact.

Just FYI, you have to assume anything made for a dog is infested like uncooked chicken meat.
The reason is that, in large part, dog foods are made with meat that isn’t cooked to temperatures considered safe for humans (but are fine for dogs, who are naturally fine eating uncooked meats).

blah blah blah, it’s a dog, they’ll be fine. And no, humans should not eat dog food. Dog food is a) gross and b) expensive.
I’ve seen dogs do way more disgusting things — in public — then eat dried bull penises.
Next story.

…I’ve given my dog a bully stick before. I may refrain in the future (he prefers peanut butter over everything else anyway).

They’re probably only 11 inches, too.

Well, leftists are already trying to eliminate the Housecat.
Dogs I don’t care for. They are too DEPENDENT. They remind me of democrats.
