Scholars have long puzzled over the hurdles to democracy in the Middle East, particularly given the rapid expansion of freedom elsewhere in the world.

I suppose the scholars never took noble Islam into consideration. I suppose it is hard to connect such a magnificent and beautiful religion with the rabid pack of animals enslaved to it.
