Banning 32oz soda’s does not matter to Bloomberg as his hands are too small to pick one up anyway.

So it would also seem plausible that Bloomberg was placing punitive measures on people that are not midgets.

It’s not a bad law because it disproportionately harms minority-owned businesses; it’s a bad law because it harms businesses. Race really shouldn’t be brought into this.
