Oh he will. He will say that its the Republicans fault, then say he is going to cut/balance the budget, then spend the next four years running up huge deficits.

Obama will use his inaugural address the same way he uses every public appearance, to demonize Republicans and tell everyone he is the only one who can save the country from our evilness.
