Carney: White House to pursue separate gun control bills in Congress
White House press secretary Jay Carney confirmed Thursday that the administration would encourage Congress to consider the various aspects of the president’s gun violence proposals as separate pieces of legislation.
The move could signal White House concern over the possibility that a comprehensive “Cadillac” bill could stumble in Congress. …
But the president will pursue those goals as a series of bills, rather than an overarching package.
Carney said Thursday that strategy was a result of the work California Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D) has already done on reintroducing an updated assault weapons ban and high-capacity magazine ban in the Senate. He added that the decision was made after consultation with leaders on Capitol Hill.

So,
What kind of pork will get attached to each bill?
We will have to be very vigilant on every bill that reaches the House.

They can try, but it’ll be a waste of time.

Since rifles account for a tiny percentage of gun deaths, the left’s salivation over banning them should tell you something.
The fact they want to force people with any gun to register with the government should tell you something as well. Registration doesn’t stop criminals or lunatics. It’s the tyrants first step to confiscation.

We need fewer restrictions on purchasing and ownership of firearms.

I swear, I get more angry every time I hear a lib give lip service to “protecting the rights of hunters.”
It’s not about hunters, jackwagon, it’s about using violence, if necessary, to overthrow tryanny.
Why do liberals want it’s unable to oppose a tyrannical government?
This is a people preparing to defend their natural, God-given rights

1. Most liberals are ignorant, uneducated, indoctrinated, spineless morons.
2. They like tyrants.

Now,
If Romney was in office and proposed these actions (I know..wouldn’t happen..but follow the theoretical) the Liberals would be all over it.
Can you just imagine the outcry? Even Liberals get why they should love the 2nd Amendment when they aren’t in power.

But of course, now that they are the party in power…don’t you dare have any way to oppose them!
