Let the Obama doctrine lead the way.

Yeah. If we could just get the coward in chief to lead the way. I won’t say the rest.

This should give further pause to anyone advocating major action on our part. We don’t know the territory, we don’t know the players, we don’t know who’s worth backing, and who’s not.

That never stopped the Obama WH before

What about those missing Americans? As can be seen from this article, the MSM is doing its best to tamp down coverage but the foreign press is not so cooperative. Every now and then a terror group decides to write its own copy. Bet the WH is searching the web daily in case some head cutting video makes it past the censors

I think it is time for Hillary to record another apology to the islamic world. She may not remember recording the last one, but they could give her a script.

Obama could have utilized a hostage crisis before the election, but the gods decided to give him one pre innaugaration.

Bad luck. Obama had a wonderful gun control media blitz planned and a stupid hostage event threatens to take away from the stardust. Go figure

…yes…. ignore the vast expansion and arming of al-qaeda mostly due to Obama’s idiotic war with Libya….you know…

There is something of an “Obama doctrine” for these sorts of conflicts. On the one hand, it acknowledges the war on terror, the need to kill or capture certain bad guys, the importance of dismantling groups like al-Qaida and containing their expansion

….and what has Obama got to show for over 4 years of the “Obama doctrine???”
…Egypt taken over by the muslim brotherhood….
…….losing the war in Afghanistan
……….launching a war in Libya without Congressional approval that has now led to the jihadist gaining more firepower and control of the surrounding area.
….Obama can’t even provide sufficient security to our Consulates…as was the case in Libya which led to the deaths of an Ambassador and brave men who were left there to die.
The bottom line is ….the jihadist are more powerful than ever under this so called “Obama doctrine.”

Instead, as stated in the official document that he and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta signed, the United States “will develop innovative, low-cost, small-footprint approaches to achieve our security objectives.”

…what objectives?????
………..because if Obama’s objectives is to “dismantle al-qaeda” and stop the jihadist threat they have failed miserably.

And so there are many hot spots in the world where the Obama administration (sometimes President Obama himself) has ordered commando raids or drone strikes on “high-value targets.”

…yes he has…and thank God he is just blowing them to pieces along with the civilians around them instead of pouring water on their faces like that eeeeeeeeevil Bush.

In the case of Libya, he joined a NATO military campaign (which had been requested by the Arab League and authorized by the U.N. Security Council)

….but chose not to go to the American people or seek approval through Congress…..you know….the checks and balances of the United States.
….so in the Hope and Change era….the Arab league decides when we go to war.

This is what some uncharitably called “leading from behind,”

…of course flying the vast majority of sorties….providing a Naval blockade….providing intelligence and hardware assets our NATO friends don’t have room in their budgets for…..spending the first few weeks launching all of our missiles and other weaponry that no one else could provide ..and providing over 8,000 troops…..is “not leading it” in the minds of the “smartest people in the room”….

and it proved successful.

…you’re joking with this right????
Glad to see liberals cheering on and claiming a smashing success launching a war of choice against an oil rich country that didn’t attack us and posed no imminent threat…..that’s some hope and change right there.

Just so we are straight on this….telling the American people more than a week after launching the Libyan war that it would be “stupid to seek regime change”…then turning around and tracking Gadaffi down like a dog…..
…..a war that has resulted in arming and strengthening jihadist groups like al-qaeda….
……….a war in a country that we cannot even set up Embassy’s without our officials getting slaughtered.
…..a war that has helped al-qaeda gain major power all through North Africa…..set up major arms trafficking for the jihadist…..and now has helped establish terrorist training camps over hundreds of miles……

…is “successful”……
Well I bet Kaplan here must think Vietnam was a smashing success also by the looks of this idiotic spin he is putting on Libya.

Kind of like every day since 9/11.
