Of those given Coca-Cola, exactly half saw the drink destroy the blockage completely and a further 19 only needed non-invasive treatments as a result of Coke’s help.
Only four needed full surgery, giving Coca-Cola a success rating of 91.3 per cent.
The study reported: ‘Coca-Cola administration is a cheap, easy-to-perform and safe procedure that can be accomplished at any endoscopy unit.’
Coca-Cola has an acidity rating of 2.6 on the pH scale because it contains both carbonic and phosphoric acid.
Not surprising, since Coke is basically Drano. It will eat through anything.

I see how that government-run health care is so innovative!
Now Coca-Cola will be available only by prescription…

Is this what Al Roker used to address his blockage?

Isn’t it good for getting corrosion off a car battery, too?

My Great Aunt loved Coca Cola. People rarely remember her without a coke bottle in her hand. She drank it religiously from the mid 20’s until about 1993. Her doctor told her to cut back, but she said “I can’t limit my Coca Cola drinking, so I just have to quit cold turkey.” She died in 1998. She was a sweet lady.

I’ve always liked either Pepsi or Canada Dry Ginger Ale for indigestion. I’m not much of a soft-drink fan, as a rule.

One of the otherarticles I read about this today said something about “the brand of Coke mentioned in the article”, “the article” meaning the paper the 2 Greek doctors wrote about this, but that article never mentioned “the brand”.
Wondering if this effect can only be achieved with Coke made in certain countries? Coke made is the US uses high fructose corn syrup, but the Coke made in Mexico uses real sugar.
