Cuomo to announce sweeping new gun laws for New York State
Sources told Kramer the governor and lawmakers are negotiating furiously in the hope that Cuomo can announce a deal during his speech Wednesday.
Sources said the package is expected to include:
* New restrictions on assault weapons
* Stiffer penalties for using a gun to commit a crime
* New limits on the number of bullets in a gun magazine
“Gun control is highly political, politically contentious situation. It is polarizing,” Cuomo said.

Penalties for the intentional, unlawful usage of a firearm should be hard as granite and as painful as hellfire. Any gun more powerful than a .22 is a tool whose purposes are to intimidate and kill living beings. The 2nd Amendment right to bear arms is sacred…but deliberate misuse of it should instantly label you as a lethal threat to society.
Do things like stand the punk who shot a 7/11 clerk for the contents of the cash register in front of a firing squad and you’ll see gun crimes go down. Oh wait, liberals executing criminal scum? ROTFLOL! What am I thinking!

The only ‘deterrence’ that works when it comes to people who are debating committing murder to execute a crime is the promise of a very fast track to the needle.
And Cuomo isn’t talking about being that extreme.

It starts with butt and ends with…you know. If it helps I’m here wit ya—-but not for long. Son is in Houston, and Texas has other places that are not as big or humid. And they love guns, beef, pork. And they have nice women.

Criminals will surely obey the law now and not own guns or carry them if they are legally entitled to do so. I just know that in the aftermath of Sandy Hook they will do all they can to reform and obey the laws, despite their ….
