I will agree that fully automatic machine guns are not a good idea and that is gun control.

To my knowledge however they are the only assault weapons around and they are never used. Semi automatics with a similar stock is still the same as any other semi automatic. If it trips your trigger to pay $1,500 for a military stock go for it. You have the right to own it and enjoy it. If is scares people that don’t know any better they can learn. Not your problem.

Yes, you’re right. That’s their aim. They’re attempting to marginalize 2A into some kind of hunting and/or self-defense amendment, when it’s not that at all. Our advocates need to reject this characterization of the 2A fearlessly, loud and clear, and educate everyone who will listen what 2A is all about.

It’s not about hunting. It’s not about self-defense. It’s about liberty.

Why must we be so easily sucked into leftist small-ball, when it’s the biggie, our freedom, that’s at stake. Romney let it happen to him, thus to us. He got sucked into small-ball, and never was individual liberty, free markets and limited government defended. Yet still we’re oozing down the same spineless path.

We are losing this war for the soul of our country, with only one side fighting.
