CBS wonders: Is ObamaCare bad for business?
At the Five Guys restaurant in New York City, burgers and fries are the specialties, but owner John Rigos worries he’ll have to cook up some cost savings when the affordable care act is fully implemented.
“It’ll likely affect the number of people we can hire,” Rigos said.
Rigos, who has 10 New York franchises and 250 employees, was waiting until after the election to confront the new health care legislation — officially called the Affordable Care Act — which will force him to provide insurance for all his full time workers, or face hefty fines.

Put it on the receipt as a surcharge. Make all customers aware of the cost of government.

Pay the fine. Or tax. Or whatever the hell it is.

There actually isn’t any health care in Obama Care, it’s just a big bureaucracy that hires people that live in the D.C. area so they will vote for him.

CBS offers one small tidbit to provide a veneer of nonpartisanship, then veers back to slobbering over Barky 24/7.

CBS reported that 96% of all businesses have fewer than 50 workers, thus not forced to provide insurance, but they neglected to report:
–Many employers have been keeping the number under 50 because of ObamaCare.
–Most workers are employed by companies with more than 50 employees.
itsnotaboutme on January 2, 2013 at 6:59 PM
most journalists contented themselves with waiting for obamacare to pass and be signed into law AND for barry to be reelected to a 2nd term before having any bit of curiosity as to what was in the bill.
because as we know from mass murder sprees and the media- real journalists don’t like to leap to crazy, irresponsible conclusions.

Nah. They just what to sucker the conservatives into thinking that they suddenly became aware. As soon as you think they are getting “it” they will turn around and bite ya. You just have to remember that they are the scorpion.

Or: With Obama safely reelected, CBS finally decides to risk a story about the potential downside of Obama’s signature achievement.
Aitch748 on January 2, 2013 at 7:19 PM
The many, many, many follies of ObamaCare shall come to pass, just as conservative and Libertarian critics said they would.
And when they do, the failures will inevitably be blamed on the “free market,” greed, racism, bigotry, globalism, “rich” people, Christians, and “rednecks” in “flyover country.”
Economic illiteracy is the foundation of the modern Progressive ideology. Lower and middle-income families to be hardest hit, as usual.

Who has the link to the NBC host/editor opening his show with (paraphrased)
“now that Obama has been re-elected, we can once again discuss the economy and unemployment using real numbers”?
