Back in one of the finals years of The pResidency That Meant Nothing, Democrat "Historian" Richard Goodwin penned a scathing op-ed in the New York Times-owned Boston Globe. It appeared on July 4, 1999.

Goodwin was an aide and speechwriter to both JFK and LBJ. He's married to fellow "historian" Doris Kearns Goodwin, who really should stick to baseball.

Anyway, in his July 4, 1999 Boston Globe opinion piece, he concluded, and provided irrefutable evidence to back up his assertions, that Bill Clinton's 8 years were a Total Failure. He could not name one positive "accomplishment". And he never once mentioned the 9/11 attacks that Clinton left his successor.

Google and the Boston Glob have diligently done their best to censor this link, which you will have to pay 3 bucks to read, but do a search on the Boston Glob archived articles for sale web page. July 4, 1999.

In early 2001, 70% of Americans said his pResidency would only be remembered for 1 thing. DNA.

Fitting that today's Democrat "Party" treats him as a Rock Star. Actually, it's kind of sad...,

<blockquote>upon taking office, both clinton and bush dismissed most US attorneys, as is the norm. but it’s extremely unusual for a president to fire his own appointees.

poor effort, pops.

Unusual doesn't make it illegal or scandalous.

<blockquote>bush’s own justice department found that the firing of us attorneys was politically motivated.

Still isn't illegal or scandalous. The rules don't say people can be fired only if done the way democrats do it.

I am reconsidering....reconsidering.....

No...Bush still sucked and did a great deal of harm to conservatism and to the GOP. He spent a boat load of money, created new government programs, infringed on personal liberties, had a stupid foreign policy and tried to make Muslims our friends by giving them democracy (the mob rule version) and lots of dollars.

Most damning of all he gave us Obama....
