That’s the truth. The Dems come up with a stale cliche, and when there’s a response it’s also a stale cliche?

Forward!
Off the cliffs of sanity..

^ Actually, anything to do with “electability” and “independents” are the stalest cliches.
ddrintn on January 1, 2013 at 6:06 PM
Huh. Was expecting more dreary cliches like:
A ham sandwich could beat Barack Obama
and
Mitt Romney is the most electable.
Ham Sammich/Pringles 2016!

Politico is the stalest cliche of all.

+2 on that….

I would have thought “balanced approach” or “fair share” would certainly have qualified for the top six.

What’s sad is that, when 2016 rolls around (provided we’re still having elections…), the GOP establishment will once again foist another “electable” candidate on us. And they will, of course, treat us with utter disdain if we rightfully mock the ever loving, ever living daylights out of them for it.
CurtZHP on January 1, 2013 at 7:02 PM
Don’t mock, work for a better candidate.

Washington has a spending problem is not a cliche, it’s a fact. And the fact it only showed up 196 times compared to the 1000+ for “war on women”, shows who is serious about the problems facing this nation and who isn’t.
The media is bankrupting this nation.

Knocked out this thread with one punch.

Can’t imagine who could fill the bill. We’re such a fiercely independent bunch that there’s never any “Dream Candidate”. See ‘ya in

It’s too late now. You can’t even influence the GOP worth a hang, and a 3rd party wouldn’t have enough time to stop the collapse.
