He always has a grassroots infrastructure tool at his disposal: the Obamaphone. All he has to do is text everyone with an Obamaphone with messages that contain 1) whatever instruction it is that he wants the LIVs to do at the moment, and 2) a threat to cut off the Obamaphone if they don’t follow orders.

I guess that’s the one–and only–nice thing about low-information voters (i.e. That One’s base)… after they show up to vote as they’ve been instructed, they tune out for 2-4 years.
