There are around 90,000,000 gun owners and less than 15,000 gun homicides in the year. Not really and infatuation. Well not if you understand math.

The one in which over 100 million gun owners never do anything of note, but if 1 or 2 people go over the edge each year we have to lump the 100 million in with them. That deadly infatuation.

Low Intelligence Democrat CNN consumer makes this observation in the CNN Comments. According to this High School Dropout O’bamna Voter, Chicago’s gun violence problem is all…Indiana’s fault!

Chicago has strong handgun laws but borders Indiana, which has basically none. Chicago also has a lower murder rate than many U.S. cities – 5 times less than New Orleans and more than half the rates in St. Louis, Detroit, Baltimore, and Newark.

One of the other commenters pointed out that this would mean New Orleans has had 2500 murders in 2012. In fact, they have had 187.

As of December 27, St. Louis had recorded 113 murders.

Detroit had nearly 400.

Baltimore has had 216

And Newark is projected to finish 2012 with 90 or so murders.

Yep, it’s all Indiana’s fault, I guess.
