Good, I don’t see any reason why people shouldn’t be able to find out why their name is on the no-fly list unless the government is doing something un-American.

It has gone so far as even to redact from its table of authorities some of the reported caselaw on which it relies!

Redact the caselaw? Now that is different: “We must not reveal the public cases upon which our secret argument depends.”
