Very well said.

Romney hasn't had a job since he left the Mass Governor's Mansion. He even campaigned on the slogan ... "I'm unemployed too!"

What's "next" for Romney is ...

More of the same.

He'll keep making money off his stock investments.

Leave the guy alone. He lost Hes a private citizen.

ChunkyLover on December 28, 2012 at 2:19 PM

Your point?
He chose to run.
He put massive amounts of effort and went as low as possible for a politician in order to secure the primary nomination.
He then ostracized the conservatives at the convention, changed the rules of the game to make certain the establishment remains unasailable.
Followed by a piss poor, likely deliberately bad campaign which led to Obama, the single worst president in American History, winning.
The damage that his loss causes is going to be ongoing for decades and generations to come.
Thus, Romney is very much due every bit of derision that can be thrown at him and much more.

So, the short form: The media behaves like the corrupt vultures they are and still some people give it more credibility than deserved.

Thank you for this. It's nice to hear from people who are familiar with the area and newspapers.

I think Romney's PAC's will be back, helping congressional candidates. I think he probably should take charge of his own family's fortunes and get them out of the blind trust.

I hope none of you read the Boston Globe article as if it were some kind of truth, there is hardly any truth there, usually there is garbage there, and usually they are twisting the knife on something you don't have any idea about outside of Boston if they feature Romney in an article at all...the campaign coverage was abominable.

It is particularly irking when good well meaning conservatives chirp dutifully mantras about Romney that they have read via the Boston Globe. If you read the Globe, you would know that Sarah Palin inspired Jared Loughner with pictures of targets, a cuckoo idea, and they have yet to inform the readers it did not really happen. They are getting ready to promote Duval Patrick in the media, who is an untalented and unaccomplished Axelrod puppet.

The Globe article ran just before Christmas to sate a certain liberal Romney bashing need, when the news was on a dull cycle. You would have to live here, and not subscribe to the Globe to fully appreciate my meaning. Just don't believe what you read there, imagine what the ulterior motives are for whatever they have to say.

Probably he will come out as president of NO LABELS/no firm positions.

What is there to study. His positions changed - sometimes hourly. Hard to get people to line up behind you when you keep changing location.

He lost a very winnable election- hope he crawls under a rock and doesn't come out.
