Yep you are right. Local for an example we have the Milwuakee Public school system. Talk about a complete utter failure of a school system. THe left think just because its failing badly that more money fixes the problem and that is not really the case. You need to give the families the opportunity to GTFO of the bad schools. Hence the reason why you need school choice or vouchers... whatever you want to come up with. You can be poor and still have a very smart kid... but your economic situation might not allow you to send you kid to the best schools... as it stands right now high poverty areas= poor education. Its an endless cycle.]]></description>
