Uh, you do know there actually was a group that called themselves the Trench Coat Mafia, don’t you? Kleebold and Harris weren’t members, but it did exist.

The guy may have imagined seeing the police escort someone out of the woods in handcuffs, but seems to me that it would have been pretty simple to disprove at the time, yet no one did. And no one has since. So, if there was no guy, they should have cleared that up. And if there was a guy, they should have cleared that up as well. Instead, CBS reported it as fact, and we haven’t heard anything since.

CBS News reports that a potential second suspect was in custody and that SWAT was investigating the home of the suspect. It was not known if that alleged second suspect fired any of the shots in the massacre.

We have an eyewitness account, we have video of what appears to be police chasing someone in the woods, and we have CBS confirming someone is in custody. I just want to know what happened to this person, and if there never was a person, clarification is in order. The media has cleared up a lot of their mistakes from that day. They haven’t addressed this one since. And this is a pretty big one.
