“I believe global climate change is … the most urgent challenge of our generation”
In addition to addressing native Hawaiian recognition, Schatz gave one public policy priority: “For me personally, I believe global climate change is real, and it is the most urgent challenge of our generation.”

The only people who believe in man made climate change are idiots and communists.

In other words, sponsoring a series of bills that would essentially implement apartheid in Hawaii by empowering Native Hawaiians with elevated status.
This idea was stupid when Akaka supported it and it’s still stupid when Johnny Whitebread supports it.

Why, because you’re afraid your beachfront estate is going to lose .0000435 inches of its beach by the year 2487?

I firmly believe this “global climate change” fervor is mostly psychologically, emotionally based. And I don’t want people with psychological problems in positions of power.

White Democtrat man appoints another white Democrat man to Senate seat previously held by a minority despite wish of late Senator that another minority be appointed.
If a Republican had done it…

Another low-to-no-information Senator. Terrific.

I agree with you Senator that climate change is real. But I have a question….What does taxing American citizens into poverty have anything to do with it?
And another thing…what should the climate be? You have the arrogance and audacity to think you can change it…but what do you want to change it to? What is the perfect temperature or precipitation you require in your infinite wisdom?

The most urgent challenge of our generation is halting and reversing Western political, economic, and cultural decline. The “Ruling Class,” Republican and Democrat alike, still has not figured out we’re entering an era of real, actual problems and not fake problems like “global warming” that are drummed up to score more votes.
What amazes me is that it’s almost 2013 and most of the “Ruling Class” still has not figured out there is a real problem with the economy (or are still desperately trying to sweep it under the carpet, hoping that it will go away).

Global climate isn’t changing. We are, however, experiencing climate fluctuation within a historically normal range of climate variation. The global climate has never been perfectly the same from year to year, we just happen to be in a warming trend after experiencing a cooling trend. And attempting to control the global climate variables from warming to cooling and back to warming is the epitome of bureaucratic (human) arrogance.

That site is condemned as 100% fraudulent by all good and proper AGW worshipers so no liberal will go there. It’s like telling a liberal that F&F was real. They all know for a fact that it was a made up fantasy by racist conservatives.
Dr. Frank Enstine on December 27, 2012 at 2:27 PM
Paul, it’s completely fake, made up, nonsense. The CRU artfully crafted fake data as did NASA. They have all been publicly exposed as frauds, yet the even larger frauds persist in trying to sell that manure.
I believe NOAA got caught up in that too…

Not according to what I read this morning. There is one group now asking for funds in order to place giant mirrors in orbit to reflect a percentage of the sun light away from the Earth. Another group is asking for funding to create blimps that will circle the Earth and spray out dust to block sunlight. The goal is to freeze the Arctic because there is a great fear that with the current warming trend that it will be ice free by 2015. If they can deflect 10% of the suns light from the Earth the Arctic will freeze, the glaciers will expand and the Antarctic will expand.
