Breaking: Three State Dep’t officials resign over Benghazi report
The official said Eric Boswell, the assistant secretary of state for diplomatic security, and Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant secretary responsible for embassy security, stepped down under pressure after the release of the report. The third official worked for the Bureau of Near East Affairs, but wasn’t immediately identified, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss personnel matters publicly.

But Hillary wasn’t one of them.

Racism-sexism of Republicans or something. Non-story, wasn’t important before the election or now. Obama is awesome.

Hillary and Obama have blood on their hands.
Why was ambassador Stevens in Benghazi that day?
Officially?
Unofficially?
Ask these questions until Barack and Hillary answer.
It’s the kernel to all that transpired.

That frees up budget for Hillary to get a hair dresser!

Not. Nearly. Good. Enough.

Wow. More heads roll over Benghazi than F&F.
BigGator5 on December 19, 2012 at 12:26 PM
One knew that someone, anyone was going to get the bus and it was NOT going to be bho or hill! We are never going to get the whole truth about this I don’t think? Just as with F&F, it will just go by the wayside!

Is it Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama?
If not, then no one responsible for this travesty has yet resigned.

Better ban Benghazi reports before we loose any more officials.
Gatsu on December 19, 2012 at 12:29 PM
Obama was involved right from the start. He was briefed as the attack was happening and he did not ensure that every single thing possible was being done to get those people out of Benghazi safely. He shouldn’t have had one second of sleep that night until he knew all was well.
Instead, he went nappy time and then headed to Vegas.
Total, complete, absolute fail.
That’s what he should be impeached for.

Stepped down and stepped into another cushy government job.

I see pantload is on the TV blathering about something (sound is off as I can’t stomach his voice)
Is he apologizing for his administration. Talking about how they’ve broken the public trust and American citizens deserve better from their public servants? That the families of those who died in Bengazi deserver the truth and he will not rest until he provides them truth and closure?
Ditkaca on December 19, 2012 at 12:34 PM
So naming Lamb and Boswell is ok for what reason?
Oh…I see. The un-named guy is undergoing a personnel matter, while Boswell and Lamb are undergoing a political matter.
Check. “Its really all the fault of the man with no name”

Any thoughts that the big fish give a damn about the little ones is now completely dispelled. Between this and F&F it is clear the powers that be will never take the responsibility that clearly is theirs.
Quite frankly, our friendly liberals should be outraged that those in the middleclass are so easily disposed of. But then, those at the top are SAYING what the liberals want to hear.
These people disgust me.

I’m starting to think that President Obama loves bloating the government just so he has plenty of people around to soak up the damage whenever something bad happens. It’s like watching reactive tank armor respond to incoming rounds, only in human resources form.
JeremiahJohnson on December 19, 2012 at 12:45 PM
So, I assume that traitor-Hillary will also be resigning as soon as she recoveries from her uh, “concussion”, Right?
Pork-Chop on December 19, 2012 at 12:46 PM
Don’t forget to ask and keep asking who the survivors are and what do they have to say about the events of 9/11/12. There were 20-30 ish of them IIRC. We haven’t heard a peep from them. Who are they? Why are they kept hidden? What did they report?
There still a lot of questions.

I guess they’ll have to go work for Center for American Progress now.

be reacxhed for comment.

Just like some of the main Fast & Furious characters that were reassigned jobs, instead of losing them.
These three should be out of the Federal government altogether and they should lose their pensions. The only way they should be getting my tax dollars – is if those dollars are being used to incarcerate them in a Federal prison. What they did was criminal.

I’m in Bratislava, can you here me laughing?
JPeterman on December 19, 2012 at 1:11 PM
That’s pathetic and too little, too late. Less than one resignation per man lost in Benghazi? Please. America needs to clean house at Foggy Bottom, not now, but yesterday.
Christien on December 19, 2012 at 1:19 PM
I though Hillary said she took full responsibility.
Oh, that’s right. That was before she fell, bumped her head, had a concussion, and lost all memory of ever meeting Ben Ghazi.
petefrt on December 19, 2012 at 1:25 PM
Even if she is forced to testify, eventually, she will shamelessly use the Steve Martin “I Forgot” defense.
